PROJECT:
Kinder Morgan Pipeline Expansion - TMX Anchor Loop
DESCRIPTION:

North American Construction Group (NACG) is currently completing the construction of a 160 kilometre, 36” diameter NEB regulated pipeline running from Hinton, Alberta to Jackman, BC. The pipeline runs through Jasper National Park and Mount Robson Provincial Park which are designated UNESCO World Heritage sites. NACG construction crews had to deal with challenging mountain terrain, extremely narrow “right-of-ways”, over 125 environmentally sensitive river crossings and significant wildlife activity. Sechelt Creek Penstock
DESCRIPTION:

PROJECT:
Sierra Gathering System
DESCRIPTION:

NACG was responsible for the installation and project management of over 800 kilometers of 3” to 16” pipeline, including hundreds of well site tie-ins. Numerous HDD river and creek crossings and concrete weight buoyancy control were also integrated. Work was predominantly completed during the winter months over terrain that was primarily muskeg in the frigid climate of Northern British Columbia. First Nations groups from the surrounding communities were engaged to collaborate on the project. [Read more]
